  • Do I have to bring anything?
    We recommend bringing a mat or towel for doing abdominal exercises and a bottle of water, we provide the rest of the equipment.
  • What is a boot camp class like?
    Although no class is the same, some of the exercises include: jogging, sprints, push ups, squats, lunges, pull ups, dips, hurdle jumping, agility training, climbing, and of course abs.
  • How much does it cost?
    Our boot camp membership ranges from $10-$12 per class. Classes are held four days per week, Monday – Thursday.
  • What is included in the price?
    With all memberships, you get your choice of boot camp, time and location, measurements, and body fat testing.
  • Can I make up a missed class at another location or time?
    Absolutely! You can take any class at any time or location.
  • How long is does each session last?
    Each boot camp sesion is exactly four weeks long.
  • When can I start?
    As soon as you want!!! Your boot camp membership begins on the first day you come to class.
