Vegas Valley Boot Camp (VVBC) is a workout like none other. Incorporating strength, core, cardio, speed, agility, flexibility, and injury prevention training. Our boot camp provides a full scale of health and wellness promotion. Every class is different to challenge your body and keep you running motivated in a fun, exciting outdoor environment.

Our students range from age 14 to 65 of all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes. If you have a pre-existing injury or condition, our educated, experienced, and certified instructors can offer a modification to prevent injury yet ensure a challenge. This class is designed to take everyone, large or small, athlete or beginner out of your comfort zone for the best possible workout. And when you hit the wall, we push it back.
